Amazing experience with Krista from Hummingbird gourmet! She was so professional and VERY TALENTED! She brought in everything, catered the menu to our likes and sources everything locally to her in Knoxville so it’s all super fresh and delicious! She was very detail oriented with the presentation and place settings- it was such a special meal. We highly recommend the lamb sliders, asparagus salad with Burrata, bacon wrapped figs with goats cheese, and the steak with chimichurri tiger shrimp. We also had duck fat potatoes, fresh oysters and roasted veggies. Absolutely recommend Krista!

She was a great communicator and very accommodating while working out the details/menu. The meal itself was top quality and every bite was delicious and well-executed.
